How long will it take you to make my order?

All individual products have an estimated delivery date but this can increase during busy periods.

How do you send your parcels?

Royal Mail

How long does delivery take?

Orders received with standard delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, which Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3-5 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you paid for a tracked delivery service.

I need my order quickly, do you offer faster shipping?

Yes, there are several faster shipping options available during the checkout process, please note that this will not change the processing times just the speed of delivery once your item is ready.

How can I return my item?

Please use the contact form above to start off your returns.

In order to return your item it must be eligible for a return and items must be in the same condition as when they were received. This means that they must be in the original packaging and free of any damage.

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of the order being received.
